I’ve been on a modified Paleo style diet since May… and the results have been awesome so far. And the best part is that it’s super easy to maintain.
Here’s the latest progress picture (the “after” picture was taken just a couple of days ago):
In the “Before” picture I was about 227 lbs (or so…) and was taken around April 2010. I went Primal in May 2010 (I think May 8th) and I was 225 lbs.
The “After” picture was taken yesterday (September 29th, 2010) and I weighed 175 lbs (the picture was taken just after lunch.. but it came out alright).
So, since I went primal I’ve lost over 40 lbs… pretty hard to believe. And I started the weightloss journey at around 235 – 240 lbs.
Hard to believe it was just a summer ago.
